What happens if my card is declined?

If you have the Skedaddle app, you can update your card information through the app in the payment section of your profile, or by logging into your account on the Skedaddle web page. Otherwise, please call us at 855-770-2670 to update your card. Remember that you won't receive your receipt and pass for your route until you update your payment method and the charge is successful!
